The development:
The residence is a 4star ski resort next to the slopes and comprised an inside swimming-pool, a sauna, a hammam, a jacuzzi, a fitness room, cellar and ski racks.

Location:
The residence complex is located near the funicular departure point (with access to Bourg St Maurice train station) and offers you direct access on skis to the Paradiski ski area.

Area:
With peaks rising up to 3,800 metres above sea level, Les Arcs welcomes you in both summer and winter, with your partner, family or friends, to a truly unique setting. As the original resort in the Arcs area, Arcs 1600 has everything you could want in a warm and friendly setting. Pack 1:
Guaranteed income with a 3,50 % return (excluding tax) on your investment, based on the property price excluding tax (excluding garage and furniture). You can use your property for 1 week in high season + 2 weeks in mid season + 2 weeks in low season.

Pack2:
Guaranteed income with a 2,50 % return (excluding tax) on your investment, based on the property price excluding tax (excluding garage and furniture). You can use your property for, in winter: 1 week in peak season + 2 weeks in high season + 3 weeks in mid season + 2 weeks in low season + in summer: 1 week in mid season + 3 weeks in low season.

Access:
By train: Bourg St Maurice railway station with direct TGV from Paris and Eurostar during the winter season. At Bourg-Saint-Maurice, the Arc-en-Ciel cable car (free with skipass) which takes seven minutes to reach Arcs 1600, coach service (Autocars Martin, telephone: + 33 (0) 4 79 07 04 49, www.autocars-martin.com) or taxi.

By plane:
3 airports are closed to the ski resort: Lyon St Exupery (Ryanair and Easyjet), Chambery and Geneva (Easyjet).
