We just discovered a new development in Cape Verde: Dunas Beach Resort

With the current crisis in the UK where investment opportunities become very difficult to find, then why not looking abroad? Cap Verde is using the euro currency and with their low land occupation (20% only), the government clearly show that they do not want to overbuild like in some areas in Spain.
