We just received an email from the developer. The villas will be delivered on the 2nd quarter 2009. Because the delivery date is due soon they decided to reduce the prices on 5 villas. They have 3 bedrooms, a shared swimming pool and a garage. Their prices range from €329,000 to €343,000.
