The resort boasts a swimming pool, tennis courts, a club house, a restaurant and a bar and is only 15 minutes walk to the beach. It comprises 1 to 2 bedroom apartments each elegantly designed with Italian taste and architecture in mind. Every apartment has stunning sea views and comes with a combination of terraces, gardens and rooftop solariums as well as parking. All the fixtures and fittings are of a very high quality, and apartments benefit from air conditioning systems, turnkey furnishing packages, Italian bathroom furniture and fitted kitchens. The gardens will be cultivated with typical trees and meadows.

The location:
The development is situated in one of the most sought after areas of Pizzo, close to all amenities such as shopping, the train station, restaurants and parks. Pizzo is one of the most renowned towns of the Vibo Balentia province on the western coast of Calabria. The town is a well-known and popular seaside resort as well as a thriving fishing centre. The whole province is famous for its scenic rugged coast, long sandy beaches, pleasant climate (never lower than 4 degrees celcius in winter) and the best ice cream in the world. There are plenty of impressive sites including the Castello Murat, numerous churches and the Piazza Repubblica, known fondly as Il Salotto (the living room), where locals meet in the evening.
Calabria itself, located at the “toe” of the Italian peninsula, is a favoured holiday location and known to Italians as Italy’s “Real Riviera”, offering a glimpse of authentic Italy.  The region boasts fantastic weather, beautiful clean beaches, sapphire seas, lush green valleys, mountains, warm, friendly people and that quintessentially relaxed Italian atmosphere synonymous with the Italy of old. Calabria has centuries of cultural heritage to its name, as it was once part of Magna Graecia, a rich Greek colony. Now it is home to fantastic collections of Greek and Roman art. With coastline on three sides and 780 km of sandy beaches, it of course hosts several world class seaside resorts. The combination of fantastic weather, stunning scenery, iconic gastronomic delights and centuries of cultural heritage make for a simply unique package.

Activities:
A wealth of activities are on offer, such as walking, hiking, cycling, sailing, horse riding, scuba diving, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, volley ball, archery, and even skiing up in the mountains.

Local food and gastronomy:
Tartufo, a large ball of ice cream filled with molten chocolate, was invented in Pizzo to honor the visit of Prince Umberto I of Savoy in 1943. There are about 15 gelaterias in Pizzo, all small family business with their own secret recipe for the tartufo. Pizzo is also famous for its swordfish, pesce spade, and its tuna. Even the Japanese import the tuna of this region. Other specialities of Calabria include Caciocavallo Cheese, Cipolla rossa di Tropea (red onion), Frìttuli and Curcùci (fried pork).
