The development:

You are cordially invited to step up into a world of luxury, beyond the ordinary and envisage yourself living in a style and surrounded by a beauty that only Italy can offer. Seven Wonders constitutes the very finest luxury serviced villas, each one coming with its own infinity pool, garden, patio and/or terrace- no effort has been spared to go that extra mile and enhance the experience. The villas sit in an elevated position, facing south east, revealing vistas of long golden beaches or the clear sea views that encompass the Gulf of Squillace and the Ionian Sea itself. Each of the villas is built to exacting standards, utilizing the very best architectural and interior design specifications: large bedrooms, hi-quality bathroom fittings, Jacuzzi baths, parquet flooring, phonic and thermic insulation, a private gated parking area. The facilities on offer include 24hr security, a wellness spa centre and fitness suite, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant, a bar, shops and boutiques.

The location:
Soverato is known as the gem of the Ionian Sea. This town, the third largest of Calabria, hosts one of the most popular markets of the region where you can find a plethora of bargains. There is also a food market every Friday and a daily fish market. The numerous designer boutiques and jewellers in the pedestrian centre which overlooks the lovely Gulf of Squillace, will delight shoppers. Soverato is packed with bars, restaurants and clubs and, in the summer, there is a nightly funfair on its beautiful white beach.
The region around Soverato offers a perfect cross section of southern Italian life. Medieval towns rub shoulders with long sandy beaches, whilst a vibrant cultural scene invites you to enjoy concerts and art exhibitions. Or you could just sit back and see which of the truly excellent local wines goes best with your favourite Italian cuisine

Activities:
How about seeing Calabria from the air? Charter your own helicopter ride or hot air balloon experience for a fantastic birds-eye view of the nearby national parks, spectacular valleys and historical ruins. If you’re ready for more action, take to the water in anything and everything from a ski boat, to a racing sailboat or luxury yacht. Soverato has perfect harbours whatever your aquatic tastes. There are also some of the best golf courses on this part of the Italian coast and other activities such as walking, cycling and horse riding. For something different again try driving or flying up to Aspromonte where some of the world’s must uncrowded skiing is waiting for you all year round.

Local food and gastronomy:
The food of Calabria is simple: pastas and vegetables, complemented by olive oil and sausages. Think of various shapes of dried pasta like spaghetti or penne topped with colourful sauces with combinations of tomatoes, aubergine and peppers. Combine that with spicy dried salami or other sausages such as pork sopressata or smoked capocollo and you pretty much sum up the cuisine of Calabria.
